Snaxas Refund & Return Policy
Damaged Goods
We hate when this happens, but if your order arrives damaged, here’s what to do:
- Take clear photos of the damage.
- Email us at info@sendsnaxas.com with your pics and order info.
- Don’t throw anything away until we say it's okay, USPS/UPS might need to inspect it for a claim.
Once the claim is approved, we’ll happily refund or resend your items.
Only damaged items qualify for a refund.
Product Condition & Workmanship
All our products are new and unused, sourced straight off Buc-ee’s shelves. That said, we don’t manufacture anything, so we can’t guarantee how it fits, tastes, smells, or functions.
Sometimes items come from shelves accessible to the public, so minor wear may occur. If you have questions about a specific product, reach out before you order; we’re happy to help!
Delayed Fulfillment
We aim to ship quickly, but sometimes hiccups happen, like a surprise sell-out or inventory error.
If your order hasn’t shipped within 10 days, you can cancel it for a full refund. We’ll also reach out to you with options if we foresee a delay. Thanks for your patience, it helps us keep this small biz running smooth.
Delayed in Transit
Shipping delays can happen (thanks, weather and postal chaos). Here's what you need to know:
- Domestic: If your order is delayed in transit for 30+ days but less than 60, you're eligible for a refund (up to $100 or the item’s value, whichever is lower).
- International: Refunds only if the carrier returns your order in brand-new condition.
- Important: We’re not responsible for items damaged or expired due to shipping delays.
Shipping Insurance
All default insurance/declared value coverage is provided through our shipping partners, UPS and USPS. For more information on how your specific shipment is covered, visit their website and lookup your chosen shipping method (Example: USPS Ground Advantage).
Returns
We accept returns only if your item meets ALL of the following:
- Unused, unwashed, and in brand-new condition
- Not on sale or clearance
- Not seasonal or perishable
- Delivered within the last 21 days
- Located in the U.S.
- Not swimwear
- Approved via: info@sendsnaxas.com
15% restocking fee applies. You can ship it back yourself or use a label from us (market-rate fee). Refunds are processed after inspection.
Exchanges
Need a different size? We’ve got you. Same rules as returns apply. A 15% restocking fee helps cover our small-biz costs.
Some things can’t be exchanged (like clearance, perishable, or holiday items). Questions? We’re happy to talk it through.
Cancellations
Changed your mind? No problem, as long as your order hasn’t started processing.
Email info@sendsnaxas.com ASAP with your order number.
Once we start prepping your shipment, we can’t cancel it, so reach out fast!
What is Snaxas?
We’re not Buc-ee’s. We’re just obsessed with it, like you. Snaxas is a third-party reseller that curates and ships Buc-ee’s goodies across the U.S. We source directly from Buc-ee’s stores (and occasionally other Texas gems), then pack and ship them to fans far and wide.
