Snaxas Shipping Policy
We ship Buc-ee’s snacks fast from Texas, with care and urgency.

Where We Ship From
All orders ship from Dallas, Texas, Monday through Friday. We do not ship on weekends or federal holidays. Orders placed by 12:00 PM CST with Standard or Expedited shipping are typically processed and shipped the same day. During high-volume periods (like Mondays, holidays, or December), order processing may be delayed. When delays occur, we prioritize Standard and Expedited orders over Economy.

After It Ships
Once your order has been shipped, delivery times depend on the carrier.
For time-sensitive orders (e.g. birthdays or gifts), we recommend placing your order at least 14 days in advance.

Our delay and refund timelines follow carrier policies:

  • Orders are not considered “late” until 31 days after shipment.
  • After that point, we will file a claim with the carrier and work with you to resolve the issue.

Shipping Options
We offer three tiers of shipping:

Economy Shipping
Carrier: USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground Saver
Timing: 2–6 business days
Orders may be held for up to 1–2 business days for batch processing. Economy shipping is best for non-urgent deliveries.

Standard Shipping
Carrier: USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground, or UPS 3 Day Select
Timing: 1–4 business days
This is our most popular shipping option and provides a balance of speed and value.

Expedited Shipping
Carrier: UPS 2nd Day Air
Timing: 1–2 business days
The fastest option available at checkout. If your order takes longer than 2 business days to arrive, we can file a claim on your behalf.

Returned Packages
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your order.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery, or being unclaimed, you have two options:

  1. Reship the order — you will be responsible for return and reshipping costs.
  2. Request a partial refund — return shipping costs and a restocking fee will be deducted in accordance with our refund policy.

Shipping Exceptions

Internationally
At this time, we do not ship internationally due to customs regulations. If you’re interested in placing an order, email info@sendsnaxas.com and we’ll do our best to help.

Backorders or Inventory Delays
We restock weekly. Occasionally, items may be unavailable due to damage or inventory discrepancies. If we cannot ship your full order, we will notify you and offer options.

Rate Discrepancies & Cancellations
On rare occasions, a checkout error may underestimate shipping costs, especially to remote areas. If this happens, we will either:

  • Contact you to cover the difference, or
  • Cancel and fully refund your order.
