These terms apply to everyone using our site: whether you're browsing, buying, or just checking out what Buc-ee’s goodies we’ve got in stock. If you don’t agree with these terms, we kindly ask you to close the tab.

Our store is powered by Shopify; they help us sell and ship Buc-ee’s snacks across the country.

You agree not to copy or resell anything from the site without our written permission.

We do our best to describe everything accurately, but sometimes mistakes happen. Colors may appear differently depending on your screen. Some products are limited, may go out of stock, or be removed without notice.

We’re not responsible if any product doesn't meet your expectations. We don’t make these products; we just get them into your hands.

We reserve the right to cancel or limit any order—for example, if we suspect reselling, fraud, or a duplicate order.
